Monica Neligon passed away on May 1, 2023, following a courageous battle with cancer. Monica was a devoted mother and business professional, she spent her entire career at SNET prior to her retirement in 2001.  She had been an active volunteer throughout her life and was a founding PEL Board Member.  She loved art and would frequently check in on our new gallery, it was only fitting to name the Gallery after her.  Teen Court was also near and dear to her heart, and we have established a Scholarship in her honor that will be administered by Teen Court in the Spring of each year.  Below are photos from the Grand Opening of the Monica Neligon Gallery, where we presented Teen Court $10,000 in honor of Monica.
